I used to do those all of the time, but then my goals got to the point where I couldn't sustain them, especially during Michigan winters! But now that it is spring, I should start again! Thanks for the reminder ;)

Week one down! Check in time: How is everybody doing? Had a slower start than I had hoped due to sons travel basketball being out of town. Was able to keep things in check and still drop a pound. Looking to ramp up the exercise this week to get back on track.
