I was able to workout 2/3 days despite the cold ?. I’ve also found ways to incorporate little bursts of exercise throughout my day! My weekend is being spent at my second job… still eating take away with the girls but making better choices of food!

Congrats for jumping into your first dietbet. I'm sure you'll love the support and accountability.
My biggest tip from past rounds: don't save most of the weight loss for the last couple of weeks. Start steady and consistent right from the beginning, and you'll finish feeling strong and confident instead of stressed.
Focus on lots of protein and water, and go easy on salt to avoid water retention.
You've got this!
