  • Did a 3.6 mile trail run yesterday and a 26 mile bike ride today on a newly paved road! So nice and smooth. Now just staying on my program and STOP snacking and eating at night watching sports. Gotta finally get to my goal weight…..it is getting harder as I get older but not giving up.

We are halfway through our challenge. How’s everyone doing??? I myself changed my lunchtime meal to a Herbalife protein shake and protein balls for mid-afternoon snack (if needed) and the results have been great!
