Trying a new restaurant for date night tonight and celebrating a friend's bday tomorrow:) I looked up the menus ahead of time to plan my meals for eating out and left wiggle room with calories to allow sharing a dessert or an appetizer

Try brushing & flossing (or whatever you do to your teeth at night) shortly after dinner. You can still sip unsweetened herbal tea, too...

Maybe trying to have only or include vegetables in your snacks could help. For example, carrots. Even pre-cooked ones if you are ok with that.
