Wow thank you so much for this encouraging responses! I was feeling on the right track with IF but this is so affirming to keep it going and work towards making it a long term lifestyle :sparkling_heart:

I have a question:
I’ve google and google information but I want to hear what you have to say on this.
I was diagnosed with AGS in November so no dairy, beef, lamb, pork or any mammals. Also allergic to ingredients like xantham gum, and sugar that is filtered with bone char to make it white and gelatin. I also had to change my shampoo and toothpaste. So basically going vegan except I can have fish and poultry.
I’ve heard taking B-12 is good for people that are vegan.
Is there anything else?
