Where's your wedding going to be at Alyssa?

I'm not sure if it's short term because it's not until the end of November but I want to lose 50lbs before I go to Disney. Down 18 so far so it feels very do able. Long term I want to lose 100lbs just to be healthy and i don't have a time frame for that.

  • Easy little meal idea that I had for lunch today! Airfryer real good foods protein chicken nuggets that I threw together with a cheap salad mix i had on hand, but you could even pair airfryer nuggets with some veggies, yum! What's your favorite quick healthy meal?

I have been a long time follower of Lexi's and have dedicated this year (for real this time) to getting healthy and losing weight. I have about 100lbs to lose and have been eating healthier and losing weight since the middle of January so I figured I'd do this as extra accountability!!
