I am SO excited for this challenge . I have hit a brick wall in menopause and my weight is just either static or bumps up. So this push and community is exactly what I need . And I totally love Joel and Megan !

Same!!! Perimenopause is kicking my butt!!! Kept 100 lbs off for 6 years and then hit 40 and Perimenopause started and gained 30lbs. Ready to get a jump start on getting this off!!!
