This was me walking out of the ER almost 3 years ago ….. the first time I was told I probably had OA.

I was in so much pain, I walked out crying and scared. I wish I could say I have turned my life around since then and now I am healthier and walking miles everyday 😔 but I would be “lying”

I am a “sugar addict” and I have been FAT all my life (except for the few times I have lost weight, only to gain it back and more) 😳

I want to use this challenge just to get me started, motivated and keep me accountable.

I will be 59 in a few months, and if I want to ride a Harley when I reach 60 I need to start now ?
