Sorry if this is a dumb question- where do I find the super block workouts?! I’m looking through all of the Liift More week 1 workouts and don’t see anything titled super block?
So Megan and Joel is there another calorie counter that is better than the one that you posted because it has has me eating like 1149 cal and that’s like 500 cal less than I eat now and that is way too low for my activity level
