So happy to be in this group. I have been royally struggling with eating healthy and this has given me some motivation! I feel like all I’ve seen is the scale go up and up! It’s nice to see it move down. lol

I know the feeling, I have also been frustrated my a constantly mounting scale number. The first two days this week I saw a nice drop, today I was up again despite sticking to my meal plan yesterday. Trusting the process and hoping for good things for both of us over the next 24 days.
