    I hope all of you had success! That could be making your goal weight, making a non-scale goal, or just getting back on the horse after falling off and getting dragged along for a while.

    So if you make your goal this month, Hooray!
    If not, find some success you can feel good about and get back to being a healthier you :-)

  • From the day I weighed in to today!! I’m so proud of how far I have come in just 2 months I have lost 29.8 pounds!! Before now I have tried so many diets and nothing worked until I started doing calorie deficit, counting calories and portion control!! I also cut out all pop(soda) , energy drinks, and most other sugary drinks, occasionally I’ll have a zero sugar pop(soda) for caffeine because let’s face it migraines are horrible! But other that migraines all I drink is 1 gallon of water! I’ve been motivated to get atleast 10,000 steps a day, before these last two months I would approximately 3k a day! Pcos has made it very hard for me to loose weight and keep it off but here I am doing it now! If I can do it you can do it , have faith in yourself and trust the process!

  • Hello everyone! I want to say congratulations to everyone who signed up and took this challenge to begin with. I signed up thinking that it be a great motivation for me to push me to my goals I have when it comes to losing weight. I do unfortunately have Crohn’s disease, and pot syndrome and it took me a few steps back this last week. But I can proudly say I lost a little over 3 and half pounds and I’ll take that any day over gaining. I been counting my calories daily and over all I feel like I lost itches. I will not be hitting 4 percent of my weight but I can’t wait to start back up again Sunday and keep pushing! Again congratulations just for taking the push and being here! ❤ p.s fruit smoothies with a spoon of peanut butter is life!
