    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

I do the gum also & drink lots of hot tea most days. I switch to herbal in the afternoon. Also getting busy with home projects like tackling those messy cabinets etc. kick start that spring cleaning!!

  • Wow, rough last day I kinda lost my fight with snacks last night. So I added an extra 1.5 mile to my run , 2 sweatpants, 2 shirts, 2 long sleeves, and a big sweater. I made it!!! Thank goodness for water, sweat, exercise, and DietBet.

I have been eating keto since February 2025, and carnivore since December 2025. My experience is consistently losing 11 to 12 lbs per month and amazing blood work. I have been feeling lonely on DietBet because most people posting salads and small portions. Thank you for posting an alternative.
