I am working on finding ways to not binge at night. Yesterday, I had one peanut butter ball and one peppermint patty and that was it. I went to grab another and thought "nah, I love these but one is enough."
I've worked years to get to a point where I can have a treat and not feel guilty. Last night, I kinda saw what my future can look like with a healthy food relationship and it's amazing!
(Plus I dropped another .2 on the scale so there's that too! I crushed this diet bet and am so excited for my husband to get home and see his wife 45lbs lighter.)
