Walked and sat outside yesterday afternoon on a beautiful March day before the soul sucking summer heat sets in. It was so nice and relaxing! Still feeling the calm this morning😊
Yesterday was one of the most beautiful days in March, and the one day I wasn’t working a 14-hour day so went for big walk with my dog and sat under my baby tree and enjoyed the cool breeze and sunshine. So relaxing!

Joined my first DietBet because I’m 2 months postpartum and have had no luck losing ANY baby weight. My daughter came 2 months early and had to be in the NICU, so hopefully now that we’re all home and some major stress is behind me, I can focus on really shedding some weight.
