  • What is your game plan?

    I love this time! Excitement is high - we've put our money on the line and it's thrilling to think about hitting our goals each month and what it will be like 6 months from now.

    Have you started to make a plan? One of my favorite things to look at my goals and make a countdown - including each round and my final goal. I'm also a big fan of making a habit tracker and coloring in which ones I accomplished each day. Not to mention figuring out a fitness plan and planning healthy meals and snacks.

  • This is the back of my workout tracker, where I can color in each day that I workout. You can see a little of the bleed through of all my planned rest days I’ve already colored in for January. On top, I’m writing down which workout program I’ll be doing for each month. I use HASFit, which is incredible! On the bottom, I’m keeping track of my DietBet goals based on my minimum/maximum percentage loss.
    I practice 16:8 intermittent fasting, record my food and water intake in MyFitnessPal, and I’m also finding lots of low carb meals that are easy to prepare or throw in a slow cooker. My work schedule is a little wonky and I get home right in the middle of dinner time, so it’s nice to be able to prepare something for my family that requires little prep for my husband. He takes on enough! I’ve also secured a few accountability buddies who will help keep me on track. I’m determined to succeed!
