I was 2kg under goal for this round before I went on holiday last week . I’ve been back 2 days and still carrying the excess weight I seem to add every time I take a flight. It was a close call today but I just scraped in under goal 😊. I hope everyone else has a positive result ??

Pro-tip for your next trip, try upping the electrolytes while you travel and when you get back so you don’t hold on to as much water.

At least in my experience, the combo of saltier food and dehydrating airplane air causes my body to hold on to every drop of moisture unless I balance it out with some extra potassium and magnesium. My favorite are lyteshow drops because they don’t have any sweeteners or sugar, taste pretty neutral, are easy to travel with, and aren’t too salty (you want a little sodium in your electrolyte drinks to keep everything balanced, but some brands have a LOT of sodium for people to replenish after strenuous & sweaty activities). The brand isn’t important though, just whichever one you have access to and can tolerate
