I am 6 months post partum tomorrow with my second baby and on the weekend my boyfriend laughed at me for being ‘flabby & week’… the next day I won my 4 week dietbet, losing just over 11 lbs. Perhaps with my partners extra motivation I’ll lose even more this game……Self love is the theme of this game and I intend to create some for myself 💘 Good luck to everyone, you are worthy, you are strong & you can do this

What a jerk! You got this! I’m almost 20 months postpartum with my first. I was almost immediately back at my pre-baby weight but had been stuck there ever since. Hoping to finally lose the weight I wanted to lose before I got pregnant so it will be easier on my body next time around.

Hey guys! I lost 70 lbs last year, have been super happy but have about 20-25 lbs to go to my ultimate goal. I also got back from vacation, gained a couple of pounds and have been off track since. Hoping this helps me get back on track!

Mary, I ate high protein, got into a rhythm, and focused on things that weren’t food in my life keeping busy to avoid boredom eating. I started buying Barebells protein bars, quest chips (the nacho ones are the best), and Olipop. These things filled the void of “junk food” for me. I also walked soooo much. My job requires a lot of walking too so I hit like 20k steps a day. You can do it!!!
