Found a good (and tasty) way to get at least 3 of the fruit and veg servings in a smoothie!
-1 banana -2-3 cups or handfuls of frozen mixed fruit -1 cup or handful of mixed power greens (or spinach) -1 protein drink (vanilla or flavor of choice) -2 tablespoons of chia seeds -1 scoop of collagen (optional)
