Stayed essentially stable this month. So missed the goal, but I know I can get there in the end! Had a crazy month with a few travel dates that threw me off.

Worked nights all weekend. This typically leads to me eating tons of junk. Instead, I took in some dried fruit and nuts to munch on and set a goal of water to drink and filled up my water bottle every time I felt the desire to snack. Seemed to work out for me. Down 0.4 pounds over the weekend, which I count as a win

Fasted today for Ash Wednesday. Made it through taekwondo class without issue. Good reminder that intermittent fasting has worked well for me in the past and it doesn’t affect my ability to live life. Thinking of fasting on Fridays instead of just abstaining from meat.
