  • Starting the week off right & setting the tone going into June! Started my morning off going to the gym with my husband and pushed myself despite it being busy and being one of the most sweaty people in the room. Sometimes you have to just focus on yourself and remember you're there for you and your own goals. Find a workout that you enjoy that'll keep you showing up. What're your goals for June?

I'm confused! Aren't I supposed to get a weigh-in reminder with a "word of the day" to submit my weekly weigh-in?

Getting more steps in. Even though I'm busy most of the day doing stuff around the house and playing with my son, I rarely hit my step goal.
