I’m ready for this. I’ve been on a stall for the past few months. Up and down the same ten pounds. I barely won the last 6 month challenge. I’m not a quitter so I pulled it out. Perimenopause is fun *groan* but I just got on hrt and bought my own treadmill so I don’t have to go to the gym and now I’m reading on endomorph body types. Time to get out of this weight decade and kick some butt.
