How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Don’t post a lot but hear me out. This is not my first transformer attempt — but it will be the first I win!! This has been a game changer for me shifting my habits, mindset and approach. I weighed in this morning about half a pound or so UNDER this goal, knowing how much work it was with the last three weeks being travel heavy, stressful, and also celebratory with a wedding —- all three reasons I’d completely derail myself in the past — was a hug NSV for me.
