Congratulations to everyone for six months of hard work and dedication! Thrilled to have won a transformer for the first time — and excited to keep working my way back to where I felt most comfortable in my skin. I’m continuing to make progress, make good choices despite my stress and environment, and find ways to stay moving in health. I was super concerned that travel was going to hinder me in the last two weeks of the challenge but I kept on track and was able to enjoy a few things I looked forward to because I had a plan and stuck to it. Way to go, betters!!

Don’t post a lot but hear me out. This is not my first transformer attempt — but it will be the first I win!! This has been a game changer for me shifting my habits, mindset and approach. I weighed in this morning about half a pound or so UNDER this goal, knowing how much work it was with the last three weeks being travel heavy, stressful, and also celebratory with a wedding —- all three reasons I’d completely derail myself in the past — was a hug NSV for me. I know we have a month of maintaining but I’m ready!
