For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Getting close to our round 5 weigh in! How’s everyone doing? I just hit goal today but I have zero wiggle room. Gonna have to stay super mindful and laser focused. At least the weather here (northern MN right up near the Canadian border) has been gorgeous so I’m getting lots of steps in outside.

I was (am)? At goal but I just did a,weigh out while traveling on a travel scale and was a lot higher than at home. Granted, id eaten a hot honey chicken sandwich (half) and a few fries at red robin at 830 pm and weighed out at 3am before flying! Lol
On a cruise this week. I'll eat more (and drink) but also lots of swimming and steps. (I rarely do elevators and we are on deck 14.
I'll keep an eye and make sure I don't go off the rails
