- Spartan 21K Beast completed! After 9hrs of hiking the slopes of Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon,NJ and ascending to the summit more times than I remember, we made it to the finish line. Was grueling but so worth it!

Today I’m 3.9lbs past my final round 6 weight and 9.2lbs away from the weight goal I set for myself last March. A total of 89lbs down since then. I joined Diet Bet specifically to keep me focused on my goal and on track especially after the holidays because winter is the hardest time for me to stay motivated (sleep > exercise 😂). Recently invested in a 25lb weighted vest for my 6 mile mini stepper workouts and it is definitely a game changer 🔥 Happy Sunday ☀ I hope you’re all enjoying the day!

Just ordered 2 new swimsuits, a size too small. Motivation? Or setting myself up for heartbreak... Let's find out! Only 1.5 months till the pool opens. :/ I've been out of the game for the last 2 weeks - time to kick it back into high gear!! Weights, counting calories, recommitting!

Weighed-in just past my round 5 goal this morning by a tenth of a pound. Surprised and happy since I had been carrying up to 8lbs of water weight from a heavy workout week of 2 workouts/day M-W (dropped 5lbs since Friday morning). I still have some soreness and can tell my legs are still carrying some water weight, but hoping to have another little drop tomorrow morning as well.
Just so it’s clear, it’s only a 1lb drop from last Sunday, my weekly weigh-in day. I’ve been weighing myself everyday for over a decade to understand my weight fluctuations and how everything can have an effect. As a data driven person this is a good thing for me, but is definitely not something that everyone should do.
