How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Had a terrible binge yesterday. It started with one pudding cup, because I think I was just tired and stressed and thirsty and it just seemed irresistible, and then it turned into two, and then a whole container of gummy worms for who knows what reason, and then I just gave up on dieting for the rest of the day. Felt sick in the evening, too, so I did not exercise. I was too afraid to weigh myself this morning. Will probably just wait another couple days to step on the scale.

I’m at the gym now, and I’m just gonna work hard and get back on my meal plan today. That’s all I can do.

Hope you're able to jump right back in! FWIW, might be helpful to just pass those temptations onto someone else/move them to an inconvenient space

It’s ok , we can not be 100% at all times . That’s life and we have to balance it . I understand the guilt as I would feel the same way . Just keep saying healthy eating most of the time is a life style not a diet .
