How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Having a terrible Friday at work and just found out I am spending the weekend taking care of an elderly parent so weekend is gone! Right now I feel like giving up and just being fat! I want to eat and drink to make myself feel better or forget!! Ugghh! Life is hard sometimes!!

One pound ain’t bad at all. Restaurants have sooo much tasty food. You did well, and you still got this!

This post makes me sad and angry! :disappointed_relieved:
As someone who sold her home, moved 3 states away (and away from my sons), and put her entire life on hold to help care for my elderly mother, I would never feel like taking care of her is an inconvenience. I cherish every single second I have left with her.

I feel nauseated that you think this way. Some day your elderly parent won't be around anymore, then you won't have to worry about your weekend being ruined anymore.
