  • This morning my trainer gave me this workout to do. Telling you so you can try it and continue on your weight loss journey.
    10 jumping jacks
    10 squats
    10 push-ups (I did ones on the knees)
    Do it for 15 minutes, no stopping and keep track of how many rounds you can do. I did 8 rounds!!
    Folks that is 80 jumping jacks, 80 squats and 80 push-ups in 15 minutes! Great workout! I thought it was going to be easy when I saw a 15 min workout. Lol
    I also follow WW and I am a Lifetime member but currently over goal. I track all my food and stay within my points and I have lost 8.8lbs this January so far and I have made goal for this dietbet by .2. So I am hoping I can continue to stay here or lose more. Lol. To close. I have done these many of times and have lost by .4 before. It's all part of it.
    At the end of the day, I am getting stronger by lifting weights, I'm down on the scale, I am controlling my food choices more, I call that a win!!
    This game definitely is helpful as it keeps me accountable! I did the member game where I had to weigh in with my photo. Super helpful.
