I'm going to try meal planning/prepping today. I can only be in the kitchen on and off with five beautiful/wild girls to look after. Also, figuring out their meals and mine is tricky. Any suggestions on eating some foods different than your kids, and how to plan that well?

It’s nice to meet you, Jessie! Wow five girls that’s awesome! I have a six handsome boys and one beautiful little girl , so I feel you on the food prepping. I found that the kids enjoyed eating what I was making for myself. It was something different from what they were eating, and I learned that kind of incorporating my food into their food was better than what I was actually giving them and me trying to be healthy and eat healthy was helping them eat healthy. I also found that feeding myself before I knew that it was gonna be time for me to be making the kids food was helping me stay on track with eating my food instead of eating their food so I would prepare my food before theirs and eat as I was preparing theirs… I don’t know if this helps in anyway… I hope so.. I wish you luck on your journey. God bless..

Only one little here but we try to have him eat whatever we are eating and use things like sauces/dip to make his a little more kid friendly or by adding an extra fun side.
