How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Now let the hard part commence 😅

I also want to add that I am proof you don’t HAVE to work out to hit your goals. I met my goal strictly based off my diet.

I’m also not encouraging not working out, if I had the time I would and it’s still part of my goal this year to get normal workouts in. But if your life doesn’t allow for it at the moment, like mine doesn’t, it doesn’t mean you can’t hit your goals.

I’m a mom to a toddler, a mom to a mini pig (our pet, Pixie which is like another toddler. Lol she’s so dang smart), a wife to a railroad worker which means I’m on my own 50% of the time as he’s gone for work a lot. I also work full time. Add in the responsibilities of owning a home, cooking, cleaning, yard work, etc. it’s a lot. I’m go, go, go from the time my feet hit the ground in the morning until I lay down with the toddler at night.

COULD I get up earlier to get a at home workout in or stay up later? Yes. But I also need rest and I know that. I need the appropriate amount of rest to be the best mom, wife, employee, rest for my health and overall wellbeing. Are these also excuses? Probably but THAT’S OKAY! So in short I just want to make the point that if your life doesn’t allow for you to get out of the house and to the gym or at home work outs it’s OKAY. YOU CAN still meet your goals. And if you’re a busy mom, single mom, mom and wife to a spouse who works over the road (or rails) I see you! I feel you! I am you! It gets overwhelming. You’re doing amazing. Keep showing up for yourself and your family! ❤

Lexus, that's wild. I keep thinking about how someday, when I succeed, this will end, then realizing, it won't! Unless, I want the same ole problems again. You're awesome! Keep up the great work and feel good about yourself.
