How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Sunday night meal prep for this week was simple with grilled chicken & veggies! Also got my water ready to go! Personally I aim to drink atleast a gallon daily & staying hydrated is so important. Failing to plan is planning to fail! So proud of everyone for showing up for themselves in 2025! What's your goal for this week? Let's finish strong!

My goal is to get to the gym for strength training 2 additional times this week. I walk on my walking pad each morning, but I've lost so much muscle, so that's my goal!
