Reflection:
This past week felt balanced overall. I had more beers than usual since tracking, but it was still a lot less than I used to drink. On Saturday, I gave my kids their Easter baskets, and I wasn’t tempted to eat any of the chocolates, which felt great. My choices felt mindful, and I’m happy with the progress I made this past week.
Milestones hit this past week:
- I lost 2.5 lbs, which is great progress.
- I reached 25 lbs lost overall, which feels like a major milestone.
- My body fat percentage dropped from 41.5% to 41.3%.
Milestones coming up:
- I am only 0.6 lbs away from my halfway mark of 161.5 lbs.
- I am 2.2 lbs away from leaving the 160s and breaking into the 150s, which is exciting.
