For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Day 3: Plate It - What you can eat in a day
    How are you doing on this Day 3? Knowing what to eat (and when) has really helped me get some structure to my day and maximize my meals!! Like Ilana says, it gives us balance and energy. This also helps me move on to other things in my day.

    What are some recipes or key ingredients that help you stick with the Plate It method? Let’s keep each other inspired!

The breakfast mug cakes work great for me lately. Pumpkin and apple in the 2B Mindset recipes is my go to.
I’ve been struggling with dinners some nights. I get overwhelmed trying to figure out what I can eat and what my husband and kids will want ( one of my teens is very picky).

Melissa. Try to make a list of everyone’s top foods by group. Veggies. Carbs. Protein. Accessories. It might take some creativity but there is bound to be some overlap! My fave lately is pasta for family with spaghetti squash for me. Tacos for family and a big taco salad or taco stuffed peppers/mushrooms for me. And just keeping it basic protein. Veg. And add carbs for the family!
