How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone have any multivitamins or supplements that they recommend taking? Right now I am just taking a generic multivitamin but wondering if there is one that is better especially when losing a lot of weight. I am eating lots of veggies and lean protein but don't want to become deficit in nutrients or make my hair fall out. TIA.

I really like the Thorne Basic Nutrients.

I like to take a daily probiotic, Vitamin D3 with K2, and I also take 2 types of magnesium. One is helpful for migraines, and one is supposed to benefit muscle recovery. I also sometimes add creatine to smoothies throughout the week for muscle recovery. There's supposedly newer research/studies that suggest it's good for brain health, too.
