Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Water first and have plenty of healthy items available for me to eat. Sometimes I think oooo that sounds yummy. But how will I actually feel afterwards. Yucky, guilty?? Being sure that I will fully enjoy that item. Trust yourself don’t test yourself:blush:

Easter will be a bit hard. But, I’m making a roast and roasted Brussels sprouts and that’s what I’ll be eating. My girls will be eating the cake and candies. lol. Trying to find a good pair of walking shoes, not having a lot of luck. My daughter with Down syndrome wants to start walking again, which is motivating me to start walking, too.
