Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ok couldn’t get the darn photo to be accepted cuz I’m too tall. ? but I think they’ll accept it now. So weighed in at 185.2 lbs. Crazy I was just at 175 a month ago and felt fat and have cut down my eating a lot but I guess food delivery has really hit me. I was trying to start out the diet by eating only Caesar salads from Kenny Roger’s roasters but somehow ended up eating 6 a day and gained weight from their dressing. I didn’t even know that was even possible. Going to try to get back to lower carb / high fiber like chef salads soon and intermittent fasting. It won’t be easy but next 3 days are critical

Salad dressing can pack on calories and fat very quickly!!

Restaurant salads can be crazy high in calories if you're not careful. If you get the dressing on the side and do the fork dip for bites, you'll use much less but still get the flavor!
