Ok so wins first…
Well one win ?
I moved almost everyday! Some form of exercise except for Friday and today.

Challenges… 😩
Very very bad eating. Too many events starting Thursday night. Everyday has been pretty much terrible. And barely any water.

Scared to weigh myself tomorrow morning. 👀

Sighhhh….so, more water. And back to WW eating.

I have a cruise in one month and I’d like to be at least 10 pounds down.

How’s everyone else doing?

Yesterday was a bit of a wash, but back to WW today! If I don't get back on track right after an off day, it'll get harder and harder, so I tracked breakfast and am ready to go!
