Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Can't go wrong with a good stir fry. I also love cucumbers with chili and lime for a snack.

I love salads, but my fave veggie tip is to shred about a half cup of carrots on the fine side of the grater and then add them and some frozen blueberries to my half cup of oatmeal before I cook it in the microwave. It adds a nice sweetness and adds volume! After cooking, I top it with some almond milk, banana, and a T of chopped walnuts. Dang, now I'm craving it! :D
