Hope everyone is having a good week so far! I’ve started back eating OMAD, and low carb, and it takes a few days to get used to it. (It’s not for everyone, but it works for me because I’m a volume eater.) I lost 70 lbs two years ago doing this (pretty quickly when I was 57 years old) and I never felt better.
I’ve gained some back, so I’m back at it. I walk my dog 3X/day and I do growithjo workouts for 30ish minutes a day on YouTube. They’re super fun and she’s so motivating. I need to incorporate some weights now, so that’s my goal during this game. I have to force myself to drink water, but it makes alllll the difference for me to lose weight.

70 pounds is amazing, Patti! Intermittent fasting can definitely be so helpful for some people. I've never done OMAD, but usually do 16/8 (give or take) and it really helps keep my appetite under control. I also love growwithjo - her workouts are so fun! "Fit with Rick" has some great workouts too to help get your steps in!
