How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn't reach my goal....again. I did force myself to weigh-in this time. I still haven't given up hope that I will reach my goal. I have 2 months to lose 7 pounds. Every time I walk down the stairs and have pain I remind myself it is because of the extra weight.

You got this! Joint pain can also be cause from inflammation. Maybe look into what you’re eating and try cutting out inflammatory things. Tho they are the tastiest things. Dairy is a huge issue for me. When I cut out my back pain goes away. I deem it worth the lack of cheese :cry:
