Any work out ideas for a fat 40 year old with bad knees and Sacroiliatis (lunges are my nemesis for this)- really struggle at the gym if not a class

Ride a recumbent bike and lifting weights will help build strength… then after you lose a couple pounds hit the elliptical! See how you feel if it’s not good go back to recumbent bike.
