How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

65% to my goal.

Some ways I succeed:
- Google sheets tracking my calories, works better than my fitness pal b/c colour coded based on trajectory and also estimates what weight I’ll be by any given date
- eat within 500 below my BMR, aim to burn 1000-1950 calories/day exercising
- front load protein intake, increases satiety
- cardio when I feel the energy spike in the day (usually around 4-5pm) I do stair master b/c it’s high calorie burn (avg 1000 calories per hour) at my pace
- strength at night w/ protein (5mg of creatine before and after workout)
- buy healthy snack options so when the craving comes you can meet it with something that can be within your diet
