  • You know, they say that making your workout a priority first thing in the morning is the best way to go, and I definitely found that to be true today! I woke up feeling a little off—maybe the rainy weather was getting to me, and I was worried a migraine might be on its way. But I powered through my workout, and afterward, I unfortunately came down with the flu. I'm really glad I got my exercise in early, if I had waited, it probably wouldn't have happened at all! Now I'm just taking it easy for the rest of the day, making sure to drink plenty of water and rest up. Fingers crossed I’m feeling better tomorrow!
