How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Really trying to focus on my nutrition and decided to cut out caffeine and a few other things to see if they are triggering inflammation and whatnot. I went from multiple cups of coffee, pre workout at least once a day, and tea (note, I was still drinking more than a gallon of water a day as well) to NOTHING. I thought my head was going to explode yesterday…. I’m prepared to have a single cup of coffee today if the headache returns, but MAN that was a wake up call to how much caffeine I have been taking in.

I “gave up” caffeine on August 4th. I did so to try to get rid of a potential migraine trigger. It’s been nine months. I still have the occasion can of pop, but I’ve noticed a noticeable decrease in headaches.

I did have some really bad headaches to start though! You can do it!
