What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

  • How’s everyone doing? This is my third consecutive diet bet with Lexi and I’m 45 pounds down since January, the same amount of weight as this dog on the screen! I lost a lot of water/inflammation weight at the start ( 18 pounds in the first month) and have been not perfect but steady since then. Still have 70 pounds to go - these monthly challenges are helping me to stay on track! So glad to be here w u all! Ty Lexi!!

What an awesome perspective, I actually have a 45lb dog and I'm almost 30lbs down so I'll definitely be thinking about this when I hit my 45lb loss.

I thought so too! I didn’t feel an internet search for things that weigh 45 lbs and was so surprised - I’ve lost a medium dog!!!
