I didn't step on the scale since weighing in cause I didn't want to get discouraged if it didn't move...weighed myself today and *I hit my target for this dietbet*!! 😁
Plus, my BMI is in finally just barely in the "normal" range for the first time ever probably 😅

Okay, well, I didn't take this seriously my first week, then the second week I was super sick and when I get sick I just eat and drink way worse because I feel sorry for myself lol, then the week after that I was on antibiotics and still a little sick and the antibiotics were bothering my stomach so I used that as an excuse, and then finally started taking this seriously the end of last week. Luckily I have managed to lose a bit of weight anyway, but I am still about 2 lbs away from my goal with only 4 days left. I've been doing really well this week so hopefully I can keep it up and win! Either way I think I will be joining the next DietBet because I am finally actually trying really hard. Next challenge I will for sure win! Good luck to everyone who still has a couple pounds to go!

I am so frustrated. I have been doing so well with increasing protein, decreasing fats, watching portion sizes and calorie intake. I have been moving every day. My steps have gone from 3000 to a minimum of 7000 per day. What do I have to show for it? An extra 5 lbs! 😭

Great job increasing your steps! You may have added in some extra lean muscle. Try a rest day and some extra water for recovery!

  • So I made these Greek yogurt vanilla fluff chocolate pecan cups, layered with roasted pecan butter (that I roasted and churned with a food processor), then a layer of sugar free dark chocolate then pecan crumble with a dash of sea salt. I'm setting it in the fridge so the layer of chocolate hardens. YAY ME!!

Honestly, just being in a calorie deficit. I workout 30 minutes daily and consume around 1,200 calories. Oh, and protein!!!

I eat a small mug of oatmeal! I mix flax seed into my oats, add water, microwave for 77 seconds, stir in a spoonful of PB and a few dark chocolate chocolate chips. Tasty, filling, decent protein, low sugar, and high fiber.
