  • Good morning and welcome to week 3! We are halfway through the game!

    How are you feeling? Are you on track or needing to change up what you are doing? What is your biggest challenge for the week?

    This week my focus is getting my miles in. The last couple weeks haven’t gone to plan so it’s time to re-evaluate the plan and that’s ok! It’s good to check in and make sure something is working for you rather than just keep rolling with it.
