  • Good morning and welcome to week 3! We are halfway through the game!

    How are you feeling? Are you on track or needing to change up what you are doing? What is your biggest challenge for the week?

    This week my focus is getting my miles in. The last couple weeks haven’t gone to plan so it’s time to re-evaluate the plan and that’s ok! It’s good to check in and make sure something is working for you rather than just keep rolling with it.

  • Dinner was a bison taco bowl. Substituted sour cream with plain Greek yogurt. I did 30 minutes of light weights and a 1 hour peloton bike ride.

  • My results from a bootcamp workout program, I joined the last 10 weeks to help me reach my dietbet weights. The last day of the bootcamp was August 4th. I have been lifting more weights and adding more protein. Yall, i am too excited.

Upped my weight with the hand weights. And my friend has a total gym. so i just lifted heavier. And drank a pre workout before
