What’s your strategy for the last week?

I’m thinking of eliminating sweets, bread and possibly protein bars/fake sugars. I already workout twice a day. And making sure I hit my calorie target each day.

When all else fails a water cut has worked for me to make weight, but trying to do it for real this time.

I agree with you about sugar. I think that’s why I lost most of my weight this year, and getting active consistently. Sugar makes me eat more bad food that tastes good but doesn’t make me feel satiated.

@Sharon, when you do liquids only, how do you stay energized? Do you still workout?
