How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I took a break the Mo th of August from diet bet and kept weight down.
So just joined 3 diet bets and only 4 pounds now from my initial goal.
Now thinking I can lose 15 more pounds.
Started at 225.4 this morning 154.0
My journey is a little different: lost my husband 3 years ago and I didn’t think I was depressed but pound by pound gained weight, not feeling well and body aching, stomach problems, and losing it when I ate beef.
I found out in December (9 months ago) I had been bitten by a Lone Star Tick and have AGS (Alpha Gal Syndrome). Which means for me I’m allergic to all mammals, dairy, xanthan gum, carrageen.
I’ve adjusted and make all my own food but going out to eat is a challenge so most of the time I eat before I go out.
I have not counted calories I’ve just been eating healthy. I always say I can have Feathers and Fins and fruits and vegetables.
I have to watch cross contamination also.
But I’m doing better just gets hard having to ask restaurants to accommodate me so easier sometimes just to not eat.

Enough about me. I wish everyone the willpower and hopefully we all will achieve this DietBet goal.

I am so sorry for your loss . It’s so so hard to lose someone close to you.
What an inspiring story ! Way to go for losing so much weight with all the challenges you have been through.
I have been allergic to peanuts for only few years so going out to eat has become a little scary for me . ( I forget about my allergy often and that scares me )
